Since 2015, KAMAX has presented three annual awards to recognize the best performance of our plants and employees in various areas. Previously, there was an award for the best overall performance of a plant, the best improvement of a plant compared to the previous year, and the best individual project. The first two were based on benchmark KPIs, the last on a jury assessment.
The current KAMAX strategy provides challenging tasks for everyone, which is why the KAMAX Awards are now being adapted to this. In this way, particularly committed contributors and initiatives can be honored and supported. The new KAMAX Awards reflect the main pillars of our strategy. In the future, these will include:
- An award for the best performance in the area of Efficiency
- An award for the best performance in the area of Growth
- An award for the best performance in the area of Enabler
- And a Special Award
Another new feature is that all employees have access: All awards are within reach of any person, team, department or plant. As in the past, there will be an evaluation and an official award ceremony at the end of the year. We are convinced that this change is a good motivation and supports not only our corporate strategy but also our culture. ■
