This will be the last issue of our employee magazine KXpress for the foreseeable future.

Right now it is essential that our focus remain on those things that have a direct impact on our production. This also means making difficult decisions, like in this case, in which a long-established format is to be suspended. We would like to thank everyone who took the time to respond to our survey regarding this format. We have seen just how interested you are in hearing stories from the KX world.

So don’t worry – we will continue to keep you up to date on the company’s development, new products, production processes and much else besides. All that will change is the channels and means we use to inform you. It is also worth taking a look at our new intranet, not only to stay abreast of the latest news, but also because of its other features. More on this will follow in the months ahead.

I would like to take this opportunity to extend my heartfelt thanks to everyone around the KX globe who has provided such great content in recent years and shown us all the amazing things that have been happening in our company. Particular thanks go out to our editorial team, who have been going all out to ensure that each and every issue not only goes out on schedule, but that it is also full of captivating, high quality content.

It is with mixed feelings that we view the current year. The market situation continues to be difficult, and we have a good bit of homework that needs to be done. That is why “Focus” is the order of the day – not only for the year ahead, but also for this issue of KXpress. You will find out what this means for Christoph Görtz and myself in our in-depth interview.
