Kids fun at summer camps

There is a local 5-day camp for smaller children and a 14-day residential camp for older ones. In addition to the organization, KAMAX also contributes financially to employees. This year‘s local camp took place in the Native American spirit. The task of the kids was to collect as many clues as possible that led them to the treasure. The children had their base in the premises of the Turnov Observatory, but they also got to know the beauties of the Bohemian Paradise, visited the rope center, went down the Jizera river on rafts, went up the Kozákov Hill, checked the Frýdštejn castle and fried sausages at the end of a day.

The camp with the theme “Once upon a time in Neverland” was really magical this year. KAMAX employee Andrea Berndtová (LOT), is involved in the organization. “I like to spend time with children, because it enriches me and helps to keep up with the young generation. With a great team of real friends, we have been organizing leisure activities for more than 30 years. For two weeks, the children can leave the world of mobile phones, computers and television and enjoy all kinds of camp activities. For example, accommodation in a tent or a small cottage was something special for many children and all of them managed to prove their courage in the night forest.”
