Because without employees who are convinced of a company’s goals and who want to take responsibility, even the best strategy is useless. That is why “people” will be anchored even more deeply within our strategy. For 2022 and beyond, our joint alignment will be based above all on three pillars: Growth, Efficiency and People.
OUR GOAL
The goal always remains the same for us: “Back to the Top”. That is how we have already proclaimed it in 2019. We want to return to the top of the best suppliers – in the automotive industry and beyond. This year and last year, we suffered some tough setbacks due to the COVID pandemic.
