The KAMAX Awards 2021
The new motto of the KAMAX Awards “For all of us” expresses what was not the case before: For the first time, every employee, every team and every department worldwide can win an award in recognition of their special achievements. Up to now, the awards had always been for an entire plant. What’s also new is, that we all can nominate and vote for who will ultimately receive an award.
There were more than 120 nominations in total from all locations, which the project team had not expected. This made it necessary to make a preselection and postpone both the voting and the awards ceremony. A jury pre-selected several nominations for each of the KAMAX regions. Throughout December, all employees worldwide can now vote for who should win the KAMAX Awards 2021.
